We make every part of each hors d’oeuvre in our kitchens – all by hand. We make our own pastry by hand and we combine the best of ingredients for our fillings. We use interesting and unique bases for our canapés; definitely not the usual fare.

Because we know people eat with their eyes first, we decorate each platter with an edible garnish to complement the dish. An attractive presentation only enhances the appetite for these exquisite morsels.
